Spring has returned to the Gulf Coast! Which means wonderful spring produce to go along with it. We just got in beautiful, fresh, local produce such as heirloom cherry tomatoes, heirloom carrots, field peas, speckled butter beans, black-eyed peas, and limas. I love Spring time because of all the bounty that starts to return to us after the colder months. With this fresh produce, we are always creating new and exciting things. One of those new dishes is Fresh Gulf Coast Fish on top of a wonderful succotash with fresh peas, cream, local tomatoes, onions, peppers and more. The fish will rotate out for freshest and most delicious, and is the perfect light meal that won’t weigh you down on these warm spring days.

We are also rolling out some fun new things for lunch. Introducing a new Lunch Combo that includes a cup of one of our three soups, (French Onion, Tomato Bisque or Lobster Bisque) paired with a Signature Salad (Wedge, Chopped or Caesar) for $16. Don’t forget, with any Lunch Entree purchase you receive a complimentary glass of wine!

Another item we have been working on and excited that it is now available is The District Dome. This Dessert is a beautiful, dark chocolate dome on top of a dark chocolate cheesecake, fresh fruit, and Chantilly whip cream with a scoop of home-made raspberry ice-cream on the side. We then take hot raspberry coulis which then is poured over the dome to melt and reveal the dessert inside right in front of you. This dessert is a fun surprise and very unique.
